Global Real Estate Dealmakers is hosted by Kyle Naye, an experienced commercial real estate professional who has visited more than 80 countries.
Complementing this podcast, Kyle has spent the past 10 years at international providers of real estate private equity and debt. Most notably, he worked in acquisitions with two separate real estate private equity groups, underwriting and closing nearly $2 billion of commercial and multifamily assets in major West Coast markets of the United States. Over the past two years, Kyle has diversified his experience to include the management of over $1 billion in loan originations for core-plus and high-yield debt vehicles.
Before entering commercial real estate, Kyle was an officer in the United States Navy where he served in communications, engineering, and operations roles on warships and a gunboat squadron.
Kyle earned a Bachelor of Science degree in information systems from the University of Colorado and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, concentrating in real estate and finance. He also spent a term studying at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. Kyle is a native English speaker, fluent in French and German, and conversational in Spanish.
